What to have ready
Having these to hand on the first call means we can price it for you quickly:
- Date and the time the food is needed
- How many guests, and whether sushi is the meal or one of several dishes
- Any allergies, or guests who are vegetarian

The earlier you call the better, especially for weddings, convocation weekends and the December party season.
Allergies and vegetarian guests
Tell us about allergies when you order, not on the day — we prepare catering separately and can keep things apart properly when we know in advance.
Raw fish is not for everyone at a mixed event. We can build part of the order from cooked and vegetarian items so nobody is left with only edamame.
